DISCOVERY ZONE CHILDREN'S MINISTRY
Here at NPC, we know children are our hearts and our future! Children who learn about Jesus at an early age are more likely to place their trust in Jesus, for thier lifetime. In the Discovery Zone, we love teaching kids about Jesus, Christian character and values, emphasizing Scripture memory, building friendships and having a blast in the process.
There are 3 parts to our Children's Ministry:
NURSERY (Infants - 2 years)
Infants - 2 years are in an age appropriate environment surrounded by loving caregivers who will make them feel safe and secure while Mom & Dad are in service.
EARLY CHILDHOOD (2/3 Years & 4/5 Years)
Our 2-3 year olds and preschoolers learn through bible story time, songs, craft activities and playtime with their special friends. We use "My First Look" curriculum to teach our preschoolers these basic truths:
• God Made Me
• God Loves Me
• Jesus Wants to be My Friend Forever
ELEMENTARY (K-5th Grade)
Our elementary program provides age appropriate and interactive worship, teaching and activities for children in Kindergarten-5th Grade. We use 252 Basics curriculum to teach our children these basic truths:
• I Need to Make the Wise Choice
• I Can Trust God No Matter What
• I Should Treat Others the Way I Want to be Treated.
